Wee Wuns is a ministry of Cypress United Methodist Church. Below is the serious scoop.
Wee Wuns Weekday Ministries
9th Annual Golf Tournament
Friday, April 1, 2011 ~ Cypress Lakes Golf Club
Wee Wuns Weekday Ministries, a ministry of Cypress United Methodist Church, is gearing up for our 9th Annual Golf Tournament. The Families In Action Parent Support Organization at Wee Wuns is excited to host this year’s tournament on Friday, April 1, 2011 at Cypress Lakes Golf Club. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the spiritual, emotional and intellectual growth of children through an Accredited Preschool and Toddler program.
Last year, donations from individuals and business owners like you helped make our golf tournament a big success! We were able to raise over $11,000 for Wee Wuns to improve our playgrounds and classrooms, purchase necessary school supplies and classroom furniture, fund teacher training and accreditation, and most importantly, provide student scholarships. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the generosity of our sponsors, donors and players.
We need your help to make our 2011 Golf Tournament another success by sponsoring a team or donating your products, services and/or gift certificates. In addition to helping your community, you will receive recognition of your sponsorship in the Wee Wuns monthly newsletter and e-newsletter (400+ copies distributed to all Wee Wuns families). This year, we are offering a variety of sponsorship levels from which to choose:
$1,000 - The “Ace” Sponsorship Level - foursome in the tournament, three hole sponsorship signs, and signage on all golf carts.
$750 – The “Eagle” Sponsorship Level – foursome in the tournament, one putting green sponsorship sign and one driving range sponsorship sign.
$600 – The “Birdie” Sponsorship Level - foursome in the tournament and one hole sponsorship sign.
$350 – The “Par” Sponsorship Level – twosome in the tournament and one hole sponsorship sign.
$100 – The “Bogey” Sponsorship Level – One hole sponsorship sign.
$175 – The “Double Bogey” Sponsorship Level – Two hole sponsorship signs.
Each level (excluding “Bogey” and “Double Bogey”) includes green and cart fees, breakfast, lunch, as well as progressing levels of recognition during the awards program and on other tournament printed publicity. We need your support to help Wee Wuns Weekday Ministry continue its 39+ year tradition of providing outstanding education in our community to our future leaders.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Sincerely,
Stacey Davis & Elizabeth Boyd
