Milk Mustache Mobile Tour

The Milk Mustache Mobile Tour is headed back to Houston this Friday-Monday to help moms celebrate the special time families share around the dinner table.

The theme this year is “Milk the Moment.” They are going coast to coast to encourage moms to set the table with milk to build a strong family.

They’ll have the always-popular Milk Mustache photos again this year, but there will also be some new components:

*Smoothie station
*An opportunity to win the ultimate family dinner experience with chef extraordinaire Tyler Florence
*Kids can check out an interactive dinnertime beverage comparison wheel and test their quarterback skills in a football toss activity.

Kick-off Event
Friday, February 26
Downtown Aquarium
11 AM-2 PM

They will also have events on Saturday, Sunday and Monday if you can’t make it to the Aquarium on Friday.

Houston Events:

· Saturday, February 27: Space Center Houston, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

· Sunday, February 28: Downtown Aquarium, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. AND 2-4 p.m.

It's About That Time...

How can we possibly be expected to think about summer camps and activities when it's 40 degrees outside?

I know..but I received my first camp flyer yesterday from the Houston Museum of Natural Science so it must be about that time.

I'll be compiling posts for VBS, summer camps (inside and out) and other ways to keep the darlins occupied this summer just like last year and I'd love your input!

When dates for summer fun come across your path, shoot me an email at intheknownorthwest@gmail.com and share the love.

It takes a village, people. It takes a village.
